Zenith Ink Studio is operated by ZENITH CONCEPTS LLC. We sell digital products only (downloadable ebooks in PDF format). No physical item is shipped.

1. Your right to cancel

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download is made available to you, as allowed by the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU rules.

2. When we will refund or replace your order

We will give you a full refund or a replacement if, within 14 days of your purchase:

• you did not receive your download link and we cannot resend it;
• the file is damaged, incomplete or cannot be opened;
• the product is materially different from its description on our store; or
• you were charged twice for the same order.

3. When refunds are not available

• You changed your mind after the file was delivered.
• You bought the wrong product by mistake and already accessed the file (contact us anyway: we will try to help).
• The request is made more than 14 days after the purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@zenithconceptsllc.com with your order number and a short explanation (and a screenshot if the file does not open). We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
