1. How you receive your ebook
- Immediately after payment, a download link appears on the order confirmation page.
- You also receive an email with the download link at the address used at checkout.
- Files are in PDF format and can be read on any computer, tablet or phone.
2. Delivery times
Delivery is instant in most cases. Occasionally the email may take a few minutes to arrive.
3. If you did not receive your download
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- Make sure the email address you used at checkout is correct.
- If one hour has passed and you still have nothing, write to support@zenithconceptsllc.com with your order number and we will resend it.
